Djokovic is at +220 to win this year's French Open. I think this is a bargain as he and Nadal should have approximately the same odds to win the French Open. After all, Djokovic is 36-0 this year. He has beaten Nadal the last 3 times in 3 finals. Prior to that he had never beaten Nadal in a final. Last week he beat Nadal in Madrid ON CLAY and prior to that he had never beaten Nadal on clay. But today, Djokovic's streak ends at 36 because there is no way he can recover from yesterday's 3-hour thriller against Murray. Also no one has ever beaten Nadal twice in a row on clay, much less in a clay court finals. But I believe Djokovic's loss today will be good for him as he will start fresh at the French Open (he doesn't have to have the pressure of keeping that streak alive) and at the same time he knows he is at far less than 100% losing to Nadal today, so it's a win-win situation for him. So look for Nadal to beat Djokovic today (most likely in straight sets) but watch out for the Serb at the French Open because he is an undervalued solid contender there.
