This particular outfit was also a black, one-piece tennis dress. The very short dress also featured sequins in a fireworks pattern. The outfit did seem to pose a logistical problem, riding up during her match against Mandy Minella. Fortunately, Williams was wearing a pair of flesh-colored, bicycle-style underpants underneath the dress. As a result, while Williams did have to pull the dress down several times during the match, she did not suffer a "wardrobe malfunction."Love it or hate it, these outfits brought Williams good luck on the US Open tennis courts: the number three seed won both matches. Expect to see more of Venus Williams' unique fashions on the courts in coming days: the New York Daily News reports that Williams says she has "three other outfits to unveil if she makes it to the finals."The 30-year-old Williams has become somewhat known for her unusual, often flashy tennis outfits during tournament play.
