The 1995 US Open was one of the most anticipated in years, with all eyes on the comeback of fan favorite Monica Seles.Powered by her double-handed ground strokes off both sides, Seles won the US Open in 1991 and 1992 and looked to be on her way to a long reign at the top of the women's game.But in April 1993, she was stabbed on-court during a match in Hamburg, Germany.
