An introduction to John McEnroe and Yannick Noah. John Barrett and Mark Cox are the commentators. The commentators are amazing, and are missed. They gave so much information about the players and their lives, they praised them describing John's play as 'effortless grace,precision, accuracy and power' using adjectives similes and metaphors making the whole experience more entertaining for the audience. They had the balance of talk right, and blended within the game. Commentators today could take a lesson out of their book. It was also good to see Alan Mills, referee of Wimbledon who tried to calm a young John McEnroe on many occasions.This final was played 10 years ago, and both players are still first class tennis players. A joy to watch. More to come.
