Yet a freakishly brilliant shot played in a doubles match this week has made his name in a way that tournament wins at backwater venues never could.Playing alongside compatriot Igor Zelenay against a Croatian doubles team of Marin Cilic and former Wimbledon champion Goran Ivanisevic, Polasek played an astonishing round-the-back volley winner that earned roars from the crowd during an otherwise dull encounter. Even his opponents had to stop and applaud, with Ivanisevic and Cilic both bowing to Polacek for the crazy shot that helped him and his partner to a 7-6 6-4 win.
