ISTANBUL, Turkey: Shahar Peer rallied to beat top-seeded Anastasia Myskina (ranked 12 in the world) of Russia 1-6, 6-3, 7-6 (3) Saturday 27th of May 2006, to win the Istanbul Cup.It was the third title for the 19-year-old Israeli this year.
